Automation Engineer (RPA / Intelligent Automation) 


Job Description

This role will support the design and development of automation solutions using platforms such as Pega, UiPath, and other intelligent automation tools. In addition, you will serve as a key partner in building and configuring automation components that integrate with enterprise systems and support end-to-end process execution. You will work closely with technical teams to develop, test, and deploy automation workflows, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with existing system architecture and integration requirements.



Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field 
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, intelligent automation, analytics, or related technical disciplines 
  • Experience working with enterprise-scale data, AI, analytics, or automation initiatives preferred 
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise technology environments preferred 


Skills Required


Technical Skills 

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI workflows 
  • Experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML solutions and end-to-end data or model pipelines 
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI frameworks and platforms such as LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI, SageMaker, or similar technologies 
  • Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise systems, applications, APIs, and business workflows 
  • Knowledge of cloud-native AI development and scalable deployment architectures across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments 
  • Familiarity with AI governance, LLM security, responsible AI principles, prompt safety, access controls, and model monitoring best practices 
  • Strong programming and data engineering skills using technologies such as Python, PySpark, SQL/T-SQL, Spark, Kafka, or related tools 
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, version control, and DevOps practices supporting scalable AI implementations
