AI Strategist 


Job Description

This role will support the identification and prioritization of AI opportunities that align to business goals and drive measurable outcomes. In addition, this role will serve as a key partner in bridging the gap between AI capabilities and enterprise needs, helping translate complex technologies into practical, value-driven solutions.



Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field 
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, intelligent automation, analytics, or related technical disciplines 
  • Experience working with enterprise-scale data, AI, analytics, or automation initiatives preferred 
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise technology environments preferred 


Skills Required


Technical Skills 

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI workflows 
  • Experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML solutions and end-to-end data or model pipelines 
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI frameworks and platforms such as LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI, SageMaker, or similar technologies 
  • Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise systems, applications, APIs, and business workflows 
  • Knowledge of cloud-native AI development and scalable deployment architectures across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments 
  • Familiarity with AI governance, LLM security, responsible AI principles, prompt safety, access controls, and model monitoring best practices 
  • Strong programming and data engineering skills using technologies such as Python, PySpark, SQL/T-SQL, Spark, Kafka, or related tools 
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, version control, and DevOps practices supporting scalable AI implementations

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes
