Salesforce Administrator 


Job Description


This role will support the ongoing configuration, optimization, and administration of the Salesforce platform to align with business needs. In addition, you will serve as a key partner in translating operational requirements into scalable system solutions, ensuring workflows, user access, and reporting structures are designed to support efficiency and visibility across the organization.


Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field 
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, development, business analysis, architecture, or related CRM and enterprise technology disciplines 
  • Experience working within enterprise Salesforce environments and supporting cross-functional business initiatives preferred 
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Business Analyst, or Solution Architect certifications preferred 
  • Familiarity with enterprise system integration, data governance, and digital transformation initiatives preferred ments preferred 


Skills Required



Technical Skills 

  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, workflow automation, security, reporting, and platform administration 
  • Experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce solutions aligned to business and technical requirements 
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL, APIs, and platform integrations 
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications, third-party platforms, and external data sources using APIs, middleware, and integration frameworks 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce architecture best practices, data modeling, governance, security, and scalable solution design 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Clouds and related platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or industry-specific solutions 
  • Experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), release management, deployment processes, and platform optimization initiatives 
  • Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control processes supporting enterprise Salesforce environments

  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, functional specifications, and process improvements 
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders, developers, architects, administrators, and leadership teams in cross-functional environments 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced, evolving enterprise environments
