Salesforce Business Analyst 


Job Description


This role will support the analysis and documentation of business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable functional specifications within the Salesforce platform. In addition, you will serve as a key partner in bridging business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions are aligned with operational needs and system capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate requirements, support user acceptance testing, and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and drive effective platform adoption.



Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field 
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, development, business analysis, architecture, or related CRM and enterprise technology disciplines 
  • Experience working within enterprise Salesforce environments and supporting cross-functional business initiatives preferred 
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Business Analyst, or Solution Architect certifications preferred 
  • Familiarity with enterprise system integration, data governance, and digital transformation initiatives preferred ments preferred 


Skills Required



Technical Skills 

  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, workflow automation, security, reporting, and platform administration 
  • Experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce solutions aligned to business and technical requirements 
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL, APIs, and platform integrations 
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications, third-party platforms, and external data sources using APIs, middleware, and integration frameworks 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce architecture best practices, data modeling, governance, security, and scalable solution design 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Clouds and related platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or industry-specific solutions 
  • Experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), release management, deployment processes, and platform optimization initiatives 
  • Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control processes supporting enterprise Salesforce environments
