Salesforce Developer
Job Description
This role will support the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business and technical requirements. In addition, you will serve as a key partner in building custom functionality and integrations that extend platform capabilities and enable seamless connectivity across enterprise systems. You will work closely with administrators, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, maintainable code, ensuring performance, reliability, and long-term scalability across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, development, business analysis, architecture, or related CRM and enterprise technology disciplines
- Experience working within enterprise Salesforce environments and supporting cross-functional business initiatives preferred
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Business Analyst, or Solution Architect certifications preferred
- Familiarity with enterprise system integration, data governance, and digital transformation initiatives preferred ments preferred
Skills Required
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, workflow automation, security, reporting, and platform administration
- Experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce solutions aligned to business and technical requirements
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL, APIs, and platform integrations
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications, third-party platforms, and external data sources using APIs, middleware, and integration frameworks
- Knowledge of Salesforce architecture best practices, data modeling, governance, security, and scalable solution design
- Familiarity with Salesforce Clouds and related platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or industry-specific solutions
- Experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), release management, deployment processes, and platform optimization initiatives
- Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control processes supporting enterprise Salesforce environments

- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, functional specifications, and process improvements
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders, developers, architects, administrators, and leadership teams in cross-functional environments
