Salesforce Solution Architect 


Job Description


This role will support the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions that align with enterprise architecture and business objectives. In addition, you will serve as a key partner in defining solution strategy, ensuring systems are scalable, integrated, and positioned to support long-term growth across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to translate business requirements into cohesive solution designs, guiding architecture decisions and ensuring alignment across platforms, data, and processes.



Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field 
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, development, business analysis, architecture, or related CRM and enterprise technology disciplines 
  • Experience working within enterprise Salesforce environments and supporting cross-functional business initiatives preferred 
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Business Analyst, or Solution Architect certifications preferred 
  • Familiarity with enterprise system integration, data governance, and digital transformation initiatives preferred ments preferred 


Skills Required



Technical Skills 

  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, workflow automation, security, reporting, and platform administration 
  • Experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce solutions aligned to business and technical requirements 
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL, APIs, and platform integrations 
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications, third-party platforms, and external data sources using APIs, middleware, and integration frameworks 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce architecture best practices, data modeling, governance, security, and scalable solution design 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Clouds and related platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or industry-specific solutions 
  • Experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), release management, deployment processes, and platform optimization initiatives 
  • Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control processes supporting enterprise Salesforce environments

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced, evolving enterprise environments
